Meet the Team
ClearPath Connections is led by experienced professionals with backgrounds in operations, sales, project management, system design, installation, and service. Our leadership team works closely with customers and field teams to help ensure every project is delivered with quality, consistency, and long-term support.
Leadership
General Manager
Charles joined ClearPath in 2025 with a background in operations and project management. He holds and maintains a Project Management Professional certification and brings prior experience in low-voltage integration and consulting.
At ClearPath, Charles helps lead operations and installation, working closely with the field team to support successful project execution and customer service.
Director of Sales
Jim was one of the original owners of ClearPath Connections and has spent more than 14 years helping senior living communities identify and implement technology solutions.
He remains involved throughout the customer journey—from initial discovery and system design through implementation and follow-up support—helping customers align the right technology with their operational needs.
Director of Design
Chad has been part of ClearPath since the company was organized in 2010. Prior to ClearPath, he founded FM Electronics and has more than 27 years of experience designing, installing, and servicing low-voltage systems.
As Director of Design, Chad focuses on engineering custom life-safety systems and remains closely involved throughout installation, programming, implementation, and training.
Technical Field Operations Manager
Jason has been with ClearPath for more than 14 years and oversees technicians, installations, and service support. His background includes radio and IT training from the U.S. Navy as well as prior project management experience.
During his ClearPath career, Jason progressed through technical and leadership roles while developing deep experience across nurse call, wander management, specialized locking, video surveillance, and access control.
Beyond Leadership
ClearPath's strength extends beyond its leadership team. Our technicians and specialists are factory trained and cross-certified across the systems we support, bringing hands-on expertise to every project, installation, and service call.
Our team receives manufacturer training across the technologies and systems we install and support.
Team members build knowledge across multiple systems, helping provide coordinated support and broader technical expertise.
Many ClearPath teammates have been with the organization for more than five years, creating continuity for customers and projects.
